Boxes and Arrows: The first step in determining user needs through interviews. Once we determine user roles, we create the flows and can determine the screens needed. Each box from the Flow represents a screen in the site or application. These screens are initially represented in a line drawing or "wireframe". Our primary goal is two fold: 1. Always let the user know where they are on the site. 2. Deliver the information they are looking for.
