Summary
Mulesoft is an API aggregator and tool for connecting API’s through their Anypoint platform™. If you want to connect something, you may come to the website to look for resources including videos, white-papers, etc. This was an exploration into that potential redesign and this page includes a few low-fidelity examples of those designs.
Problem
The current web offering only allowed users to filter by industry or use case. The team wanted to look at ways we could offer more robust filtering. We also wanted to redesign the Solutions landing page in concert with this endeavor.
Solution
We did a comprehensive competitive analysis, but did not find anything that filtered using multi-select criteria. We wire-framed the following three designs. We came up with a few solid solutions including a frame based page (like Mac’s finder), a cart type, and a column layout. While on this exploration, we also redesigned the Solutions landing page.
